KHRIZVER
Contents: The tablets contain 500mg of mebendazole.
Indications: Oral
Dosage: Adult: 500 mg as a single dose; may repeat if the patient is not cured 2-3 weeks after initial treatment.
Contraindications: Hypersensitivity, Pregnancy, Concomitant use with metronidazole.
Special Precautions: Patient with Crohn's ileitis or ulcerative colitis. Hepatic impairment. Children Lactation.
Adverse Drug Reactions: Reversible liver function function disturbances, hepatitis, neutropenia, agranulocytosis, Abdominal pain, diarrhoea, flatulence, nausea, vomiting, Anorexia, Dizzinrss, convulsions, Glomerulonephritis.
Drug Interactions: Climetidine may increase the plasma concentration of mebendazole.
Potentially Fatal: Concomitant use with metronidazole may lead to Stevens-Johnson syndrome or toxic epridermal necrolysis.
